If you received a gift certificate, please use our online form to book an appointment. We will verify your gift code, and send you an email confirmation. All appointments must be paid in full prior to scheduling. For further assistance, use our online form to contact us. Please include your full name, as well as the name of the person who purchased your gift in your correspondence. Thank you!
