Overview

This session is about developing intuition through observation, self-awareness and practice. The aim is not to force a psychic experience. It is to become more familiar with how your own instincts, emotions, memories and impressions show up so you can evaluate them more clearly.

What You Will Learn

• How intuition can present itself differently from person to person.

• Why practice and record-keeping matter.

• How expectations can influence what you think you are sensing.

• Simple exercises for strengthening observation and inner awareness.

• How to stay grounded when an impression feels strong.

Part 1 — Learn Your Own Language

Some people notice a physical feeling. Others receive a thought, image, memory, word or sudden sense of knowing. Rather than copying someone else's experience, pay attention to how information tends to arrive for you.

Part 2 — Accuracy Comes From Tracking

Memory is selective. If you only remember the times an impression seemed right, you can overestimate your accuracy. Write impressions down before you know the outcome. Later, compare what you recorded with what actually happened.

Part 3 — Do Not Force an Answer

If nothing comes, nothing comes. Trying harder can create guesses that feel meaningful simply because you want an answer. Give yourself permission to say, ‘I don't know.’ That is part of good intuitive practice.

Part 4 — A Simple Intuition Exercise

Use ordinary situations where being wrong carries no risk.

1. Choose a low-stakes situation and take a moment to become calm.

2. Write down your first simple impression.

3. Do not change it afterward.

4. Record what actually happens.

5. Review the result without judging yourself.

Part 5 — Intuition and Decision-Making

Intuition can be one source of information, not the only source. Important decisions about health, money, legal matters, safety or relationships should also use facts, professional advice and practical judgment.

Reflection Questions

• How does a calm intuitive impression feel in me?

• What kinds of situations make me overthink?

• Do I change my first impression after doubt appears?

• Am I comfortable recording the times I was wrong as well as right?

• What area of intuition would I like to practice without putting pressure on myself?

Practice Between Sessions

For seven days, write down one low-stakes intuitive impression per day. Keep it short. At the end of the week, review what happened and look for patterns in how accurate impressions felt compared with guesses or anxiety.

Key Takeaway

Developing intuition is less about becoming dramatic and more about becoming observant, honest and comfortable with uncertainty.
